Clause 1

Eligibility & Registration

1.3 bcd222 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity (government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

1.4 Only one account per individual is permitted across the entire bcd222 platform, regardless of device, browser, IP address, or payment method used.

Clause 2

Account Management

2.1 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and personal information changes.

2.2 You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or gifting an account to another individual is strictly prohibited.

2.3 bcd222 may suspend or close an account at its sole discretion if it determines that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

2.4 You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules before the account is closed and the remaining balance returned to your verified payment method.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at bcd222's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method and account tier.

3.3 All payment methods used for withdrawals must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bcd222 compliance team. This anti-money-laundering measure is non-negotiable.

3.4 Deposits credited to your account in error must be reported to support immediately and are not available for wagering. Failure to report an incorrect credit and subsequent wagering of those funds may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

3.5 bcd222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bcd222's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms by reference.

4.2 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Players who have previously held a bcd222 account are not eligible for welcome promotions, regardless of whether the previous account was closed voluntarily or by the platform.

4.3 bcd222 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any wagering completed before a promotion is withdrawn will count toward the original terms.

The order in which funds are used for wagering (real money first vs bonus first) is determined by your account settings and the applicable promotion rules.

4.5 Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinating with other players to artificially meet wagering requirements, or placing hedged bets using bonus funds — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

5.2 bcd222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or where the odds were manifestly published in error (palpable error). In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the player's wallet.

5.3 Casino and live dealer games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe are governed by the respective provider's game rules. These rules are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, the round is voided and the stake is returned.

8.3 In all cases, bcd222's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bcd222's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures.

10.4 You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in the English language.

Clause 11

Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use the bcd222 platform for any of the following purposes:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal activity under applicable law.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating as an agent for third-party bettors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, mis-priced odds, or software bugs for financial gain.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal for the user under local law.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Circumventing responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion restrictions by opening a new account.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Amendments & Severability

12.3 bcd222's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any other occasion.
